My grandfather was a goldsmith, so I grew up wearing the tiny rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces he used to make especially for me in his workshop.

My designs have a huge influence from the Brazilian culture and of course carioca way of life, gemstones and its flora and fauna.

I chose the name BASHIA which is the diminutive for Bárbara, my name.

All pieces are handmade in Portugal using gold, natural gemstones, wood, hand carved sculptures, silver and other materials, always full of details and soul in exclusive for BASHIA. Stay tuned!
