My grandfather was a goldsmith, so I grew up wearing the tiny rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces he used to make specially for me in his workshop.
After studying arts and graduating in architecture, I started developing my projects and the details were the most important part of my work.
All pieces are handmade in Portugal, where I live and where I have my origins, using gold, natural gemstones, wood, bone sculptures, silver and other materials, always full of details and soul in exclusive for BASHIA.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, my designs have a huge influence from the Braziliam culture and of course Carioca way of life, Braziliam gemstones and its flora and fauna. I came back there whenever I can and I consider this city my second home…
